Ground in-house from Mennonite-raised chicken thigh-and-breast blend (or pure breast on request). Use it for chicken burgers (mix in a little olive oil — chicken is leaner than beef and dries out without help), meatballs, Vietnamese banh mi filling, larb, or stir-fries. Sold in 1-lb packs.
