Spaducci — chicken cubed and skewered, marinated, ready for the grill. Made in-house with herbs and olive oil, no fillers. Grill them over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes total, turning, until the chicken hits 165°F. Serve with tzatziki and warm pita, or over rice with chimichurri. Sold by the skewer.
