Whole Smoked Chickens

Whole Mennonite-raised chicken brined for 24 hours and naturally smoked in our smokehouse over real wood until the skin is mahogany and the meat is silky. Sold whole, fully cooked. Warm at 325°F for 25 minutes, slice, and serve. Or pull and use cold for sandwiches, salads, and tacos all week.
