Naturally Smoked Salmon

Atlantic salmon cured with salt and sugar, then naturally cold-smoked in our smokehouse over real wood. Silky, deeply flavoured, sliced paper-thin at the counter. Customers regularly tell us it's the best smoked salmon they've had. Pile it on a bagel with cream cheese and capers, lay it on a charcuterie board with rye toasts, or fold into eggs.
