Country Bacon Slab

Whole slab of pork belly cured and naturally smoked in our smokehouse. Slice it as thick or thin as you want at home, or have us slice it at the counter. Best for cooks who like control: thick-cut for BLTs, thin-cut for breakfast, cubed for lardons in a salad lyonnaise.
