Shepherd's pie made the proper way: slow-braised ground lamb (or ground beef, on request) with carrot, onion, peas, and herbs, topped with creamy mashed potato and finished with a crispy crust. Family and individual sizes. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes until the top is golden. The British-Irish classic, made in-house.
