Hand-stretched pizzas made with Italian 00 flour dough, San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and classic toppings. Rotating menu: Margherita, sausage and rapini (using our house Italian sausage), prosciutto and arugula, four-cheese, vegetable. Bake from chilled at 500°F on a preheated stone or hot baking sheet for 8 minutes.
