Lasagna made the way Italian grandmothers make it: hand-layered fresh egg pasta sheets, slow-cooked veal-and-beef Bolognese, fresh ricotta, mozzarella, Parmigiano. Baked in two sizes — individual (feeds 1–2) and family (feeds 4–6). Bake from chilled at 375°F for 35 minutes until bubbling. Rest 10 minutes before serving.
