Whole bell peppers (red and yellow) hollowed out and stuffed with seasoned ground beef, rice, tomato, onion, and herbs. Bake from chilled at 375°F for 35 minutes until the peppers are tender and the filling is hot through. The Eastern European-Italian comfort dish.
