Quiche made in-house with flaky butter pastry and a custard of eggs and cream. Rotating fillings: Lorraine (bacon and Gruyère), spinach-and-mushroom, smoked salmon-and-dill, vegetable medley. Two sizes. Bake at 350°F until set, 20 minutes for individual or 35 minutes for family.
