A 50/50 blend of ground AAA beef and fresh ground Ontario pork — the classic Italian meatball mix. The pork brings fat and tenderness; the beef brings the deeper flavour. Use it for meatballs, Bolognese, meatloaf, or stuffed peppers. Ground together in-house so the blend is even all the way through. The mix Frank's family has used since 1972.
