Our Angus tomahawk is the cut you order when dinner needs to feel like an event. Bone-in ribeye, French-trimmed to leave the long rib bone exposed, generously marbled, cut 2 inches thick by hand. Reverse-sear it (250°F oven until the centre hits 115°F, then a hot cast-iron finish) or run it on a hot grill for a proper crust. Plan 30 minutes resting time. Feeds 2–3 hungry steak eaters. Photographs as well as it eats.
