Back-attached chicken legs (thigh + drumstick + portion of the back) from Mennonite-raised birds. The cut for proper roast chicken pieces or braised dishes. Roast at 425°F until the thigh hits 175°F, about 35 minutes. Braising: brown hard, then cook in stock and tomato for 45 minutes. Sold in 2-packs.
