Home-made apple pie — sliced Ontario apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, and a flaky butter pastry. Bake from frozen at 400°F for 50 minutes (cover edges with foil if browning too fast), or warm a pre-baked pie at 325°F for 15 minutes. Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
