Boneless skinless Mennonite-raised chicken breast, brined and naturally smoked in our smokehouse over real wood. Sliced thin at the counter. Layer into sandwiches with avocado and Dijon, fold into salads with bitter greens and a sharp dressing, or stack on a charcuterie board. Made in small batches.
