Pâté — rich, spreadable cured-meat preparation. We carry both house-made (using our chicken livers, port, and cream) and imported French pâtés including pâté de campagne (country-style coarse pâté) and mousse-style pâtés. Spread on baguette with cornichons and Dijon. Rotating selection — ask at the counter.
