Mediterranean Sausage

Pork sausage made with feta cheese, kalamata olives, lemon zest, oregano, and garlic. Brighter and more aromatic than Italian sausage, with the salty crunch of feta worked through. Grill or pan-fry, serve with tzatziki and warm pita, or break into Mediterranean-style grain bowls.
