Beef Kabobs

Cubed AAA beef sirloin or tenderloin, skewered with onion and pepper, marinated in olive oil, garlic, soy, and balsamic. Grill over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes total, turning, to medium-rare. Salt heavily right before the grill. Sold by the skewer.
