Hand-rolled beef meatballs made in-house from fresh-ground AAA beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, parsley, and Parmigiano. The recipe Frank's family perfected in the '70s, still made the same way. Pan-sear and finish in tomato sauce for spaghetti, drop into beef broth for soup, or roast at 400°F for a quick weeknight dinner. Sold by the pound or by the dozen.
