Chorizo Sausage

Fresh Spanish-style chorizo — coarse-ground pork seasoned with smoked Spanish paprika, garlic, oregano, white wine. (Note: this is fresh chorizo for cooking, not the cured version used on charcuterie boards — for that, see our cured Spanish chorizo in the deli.) Grill, pan-fry, or crumble into paella and rice dishes.
