Boneless skin-on chicken legs (thigh + drumstick meat together) from free-range Mennonite-raised birds. Bigger and more flavourful than boneless thighs alone. Pan-sear skin-side down for 8 minutes until crispy, flip, finish 5 minutes more. Or grill, or braise. Dark meat is more forgiving than white — hard to overcook. Sold in 2-packs.
