AAA New York Striploin Steak

A New York striploin is the steak the grill was invented for. Boneless, with the right amount of marbling to render and feed a hard sear without drying out. We cut ours thick — 1.25 to 1.5 inches — and you should treat them simply: kosher salt, cracked pepper, hot grill or hot pan, flip once, rest five minutes. Done. Pairs with anything from a baked potato to chimichurri. Cut individually to your preferred thickness on request.
