AAA Diced Beef

AAA beef hand-cubed for stew, chili, or kabobs — from chuck for marbling and braise-friendly texture, or round for leaner uses. We trim and cube on the block, so what you take home is ready to brown. Use it for stew (brown hard, deglaze, simmer in stock 2+ hours), chili, beef bourguignon, or any other long-cook beef dish. Standard cube size is 1 inch; ask for different on request.
