Roasted Mennonite-raised chicken bones simmered for 18+ hours with onion, carrot, celery, herbs, and a splash of apple-cider vinegar. Strained, cooled, packaged. Lighter than beef bone broth but just as gelatinous when cold. Drink warm, build risotto on it, or use as the base of any chicken soup. Sold by the quart.
