Organic Beef Bone Broth

Roasted AAA beef bones simmered for 18+ hours with vegetables, herbs, salt, and apple-cider vinegar (helps draw out the minerals). Strained, cooled, packaged. Naturally gelatinous when cold — pour it out chilled and it should wobble. Drink warm from a mug, build risotto on it, braise short ribs in it, or reduce to demi-glace. Sold by the quart.
