Debriezner — a Hungarian-style sausage made with pork, sweet paprika, garlic, marjoram, and caraway. Smokier and earthier than Italian sausage. Pan-fry or grill, serve with sauerkraut, mustard, and a dark rye. The cold-weather sausage. Made in-house.
