Fresh whole turkey from Ontario Mennonite farms — free-range, grain-fed, no hormones or antibiotics. Available in sizes from 8 lbs (feeds 6) to 22+ lbs (feeds 16+). Brine for 12–24 hours, roast at 325°F until the thigh hits 165°F (rises to 170°F resting), rest 30 minutes before carving. The bird that anchors holiday dinners across the GTA.
