Pulled Pork

Slow-cooked Ontario pork shoulder, smoked low and slow in our smokehouse, pulled and lightly sauced. Ready to warm at 300°F for 15 minutes and serve. Pile it on brioche buns with coleslaw, taco it with pickled onions and cilantro, fold it into mac and cheese, or top a baked potato with sour cream and chives. Made fresh weekly.
