Boneless skinless Mennonite-raised chicken breast, cubed, skewered, and marinated in olive oil, lemon, garlic, and oregano. Grill over medium-high heat for 10 minutes total, turning, to 165°F internal. Serve with tzatziki, warm pita, and a Greek salad. Sold by the skewer.
