Jumbo Shrimp 16-20/lb (Raw)

Raw jumbo shrimp at 16–20 per pound — the size that takes any preparation. Peel-on (best for grilling — shells protect the flesh) or peeled-and-deveined (best for stir-fries, pasta, scampi). Pat dry, season heavily, sear hard in a hot pan for 90 seconds a side, finish with butter and garlic. Sold by the pound.
