Gnocchi Baby

Smaller version of our fresh potato gnocchi — about half the size, more delicate. Drop into boiling water for 60 seconds; they float when done. Pair with lighter, more delicate sauces — brown butter and sage, lemon cream, a delicate seafood sauce.
